We’re so excited to welcome you to our blog and to be able to share some of our very own recipes with you, as well as some well-known favourites too!

Each month, we’ll be choosing a theme which we’ll base our next bakes on and this month, it was a bit of a no brainer. We know January can be a little dull, and particularly miserable if you’re trying to work off that festively plump look, but we say embrace it! This month will be all about big, creamy, ‘celebration’ cakes so if it’s someone’s birthday or you’re looking for Valentines Day inspiration, look no further!
